В репозиторий добавлен NGINX 1.13.7-1 mainline-версии, собранный статически с OpenSSL 1.1.0g и “ngx cache purge“.

EL6: you have slipped in an epoch for the nginx rpm, but none of the module rpms have such in the requires and will not install … obviously.

Thanks for the comment. Problem fixed. Now everything is installed.
To make it work, do the following:
# yum clean all
# yum install ‘name module’
